1. Load Map — Upload the mouza / RS / LR map (.tif or image).

2. Set Scale (once) — Tap both ends of the map's scale bar (or a known side) and enter its real length.

3. Measure — Pick a tool:
⬟ Area · 📏 Distance · 📐 Angle — then tap the corners. Results appear automatically.

For precise points: pan the map so the ✚ crosshair sits exactly on the corner, then press ➕ Add Point. Dragging a dot shows a magnifier. Share results via 📱 WhatsApp. Verify with BL&LRO for legal use.

• 📷 Scan quality: scan/photograph the mouza map flat, straight from above, at 300 DPI or higher. A tilted photo bends distances.
• 📏 Calibrate long: always calibrate with the LONGEST known distance available (full scale bar or a long boundary). A longer reference = smaller error everywhere.
• 🎯 Corner precision: zoom in fully, pan the map so the ✚ crosshair sits exactly on the plot corner, then press ➕ Add Point. Drag a dot to fine-tune with the magnifier.
• ✏️ Match the record: after drawing, select each side and use "Set exact length" to enter the length written in the RS/LR record — the sketch will match the document.
• ⊥ Ortho + 🧲 Snap: turn Ortho ON for straight building lines; Snap joins your lines perfectly at corners — no gaps.
• 📡 GPS accuracy: wait for the GREEN dot, stand still 5 seconds before Mark. Phone GPS is ±3–10 m — good for big plots, indicative only for small ones.
• 💾 Save first: save the Project before closing the browser — corners, scale, texts and drawings all restore later.
• ⚖️ Legal note: map-based measurement is approximate. For registration, mutation or court use, verify with BL&LRO records and a licensed surveyor.
